Accessibility

Updated September 2026

Anyone planning a driveway, terrace, or pool deck in Calabasas should be able to read these pages and send a request, whether they use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, or a screen zoomed in close.

The standard

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, at Level AA. Every page is measured against that standard.

How it is checked

Before an update goes live, every page runs through axe, an automated accessibility checker, once at a phone width and once at a desktop width. A page with a serious or critical problem is held back until it is fixed.

An automated scan misses things a person would notice. A hands-on review with a keyboard and a screen reader is planned and has not been done yet.

Report a problem

Use the contact form with "A part of this site is hard to use" already chosen. In the notes box, say which page you were on and what got in the way. Your device, browser, or any assistive tool you rely on helps too.

If the form is the part that does not work for you, call (818) 791-1881 and say the call is about the website.

What happens next

You get a reply within 2 business days, and the problem is fixed within 45 days of your report. If a fix needs longer than that, you are told why and given a new date.

What this covers

This website only. Pavers Calabasas connects homeowners with one licensed contractor, and the contractor's own quotes, contracts, and paperwork belong to the contractor.
